Following Emily Carr

The West Shore Arts Council has put out a brochure with a  map about some of Emily Carr's painting locations. Later in the year the Coast Collective plans to have a show of plein air paintings done at these locations.  If no one objects I'll try to put  some of these locations on our list this summer. That way we would naturally have paintings for the show:) Plus it would be a nice change.

Also there is a First Plein Air Paint Out coming up next month in Ashcroft BC. It's free and you can even possibly get billeted. Here's the link: Ashcroft Plein Air Event  A few of us are planning to go:)
